1. Students must have a valid learners permit or drivers license and be 18+ to enroll in any of our driving courses.

2. All lessons must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

3. Payments for lessons and courses must be made in full before the lesson begins.

4. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to aviod a cancellation fee.

5. Students must follow all instructions given by our driving instructors to ensure safety during lessons.

6. Any misconduct or unsafe behavior during a lesson may result in the termination of the lesson without a refund.

7. Personal information collected during registration is used solely for the purpose of providing driving instruction and will not be saved with third parties.

8. Gramercy Driving reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students in advanced.

9. By entering any space where Gramercy Driving operates or participating in any event or service, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded (video, audio, and/or both). This recording may take place for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes, and the content may be used on various platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media, and advertisements.

10. You agree that, should you appear in any recording, you will not receive any compensation for your participation, appearance, or use of your image, voice, or likeness. Gramercy Driving reserves the right to use, edit, and distribute any content captured during your participation without any obligation to provide payment or any form of remuneration.

11. By participating in any activities with Gramercy Driving, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
