All students must possess a valid New York State Learner’s Permit (or a valid out-of-state/international permit recognized by the NYS DMV) prior to getting behind the wheel. We reserve the right to refuse service if a student is deemed unfit to drive due to safety concerns or lack of proper documentation. Gramercy Driving is not responsible for DMV delays, cancellations, or changes to state licensing requirements.
